MANAGING MEMBER
Brianne C. Smith,
PhD, CPA/PFS, ABV
Brianne has been helping clients plan for their financial futures for 25 years and manages both a CPA firm and a financial planning and advisory practice. Her passion for financial education extends to the classroom, where she is an accounting professor at Auburn University at Montgomery. Brianne is passionate about making finance accessible to everyone and is always looking for new and innovative ways to teach and learn.
When Brianne isn’t busy advising clients or teaching students, she enjoys traveling, pilates, and hanging out with her family and yellow lab, Winter.
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Laina Sansom
Laina, our Client Service Associate, specializes in client communication, payroll, monthly bookkeeping, and tax return preparation. Whether you have questions or need assistance, Laina is here for you! Currently pursuing a full-time law degree at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, she seamlessly balances her academic pursuits with a passion for providing top-notch service. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Laina enjoys running with her dog Cooper. Even though she may not have the opportunity to meet every client in person while working remotely, Laina is enthusiastic about serving everyone with dedication and expertise.
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Chelsea Harvey, CPA
Chelsea has been a member of the team since 2021. She graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s in marketing and Auburn University at Montgomery with a bachelor’s in accounting. She became a CPA in January of 2024 and enjoys working with clients to ensure they stay on track and meet their goals.
She believes happiness comes from life’s simple pleasures. For her, this means spending quality time with her family (including her 6 rescue dogs and 2 cats), gardening, cheering on the Seminoles, and traveling back home to Florida.
CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Kamisha Coleman
Kamisha is originally from Nebraska but resides in Montgomery. She is currently finishing her second undergraduate degree in Accounting at Auburn University at Montgomery. She is our client service coordinator and the first face you will see in our office. She handles client communications, assists with monthly bookkeeping tasks, and more. She is looking forward to learning all that she can about accounting and finance. She spends her days off with her husband and children. They love traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching movies. Kamisha’s creative gift is baking and decorating cakes!
INTERN
Zachary Wilson
Zachary interns part time at the office helping wherever he can and doing his best to ensure everything runs smoothly. He plans to study business and accounting in college, but in the meantime juggles his senior year of high-school and year-round soccer. Outside of these hobbies he volunteers for church while also leading small groups for his school and team.

Jace Werner
From Memphis Tennessee, he has an interest in personal finance and investing and loves to read and study how to apply what he learns to his life. He has many years of customer service and loves meeting and interacting with clients. He has an interest in personal finance and investing and loves to read and study how to apply what he learns to his life. When not in the office, he bartends at local restaurants, spends time with his fiancé and their two cats, or plays golf.
